Diagnostic Radiologists
Diagnostic radiologists concentrate on a range of imaging techniques to create comprehensive images of internal bodily conditions. Through extensive clinical experience and research, these specialists may also focus on one of ten radiology subspecialties: breast, cardiovascular, chest, emergency, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, head and neck, musculoskeletal, neuro, and pediatric.

Interventional Radiologists

These specialists in radiology are responsible for diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, including heart disease, stroke, cancer, and uterine fibroids, through the use of image-guided, minimally invasive methods. They utilize imaging technologies such as X-rays and MRI to navigate instruments into the body, directly addressing the underlying issues and administering precise treatments. This approach significantly reduces the risks, pain, and recovery time associated with conventional surgical procedures.
